Everyone in the British and international Othello world is sad to have lost Adelaide, a central part of the whole community since forever. It really won't be the same without her around. She was also a leading world authority in the field of fruit-fly genetics, and the Cambridge University tribute to her ends with "She will be sorely missed in the Department and in the world wide fly community" which is such a cool way to be remembered. I just hope I merit that kind of epitaph when I go...
