A lot of people have asked me if my training in that documentary last year involved a lot of montages of me exercising to the Rocky music. It didn't, really, but today's weekly training session was exactly that kind of thing! Geoff expressed the view that the Rocky soundtrack makes everyone exercise better, so I did my very vigorous workout to that accompaniment!
Push-ups, squats, sit-ups, bicep crunches and walking on the treadmill, and lots of it - I worked up a real sweat, and I bet I'll be sore in the morning, but it feels surprisingly good. Now the big question is, will it improve my performance at the UK Othello Championship at the weekend?
Or would it have been better to learn how to play othello a little better, at some point over the last twenty years? No, I'm sure press-ups are the key. I'm sure to win!
Hi Ben! What is the documentary you refer in this article? I would like to see it
